Busy Night with the Independent Restaurant Group

We had a great night at the Colonial in Gardner with other fellow Independent Restaurants. There is eleven of us in the group and we have a taste testing every year to help raise money for scholarships. Tickets are $35.00 and you get to taste a little flavor from each vendor. We offered Ginger Lime Sirloin Tips and Shrimp with a scampi style sauce and a touch of lime! Very Good! Chef Nicki sauteed at the event to keep the food fresh and hot!! chef Jose offered some of his stuffed tomatoes that he has on his Tapas menu. If you missed this years event be sure to keep an eye out for next year!!
